CardCalc Privacy Policy

CardCalc is a manual credit card spending tracker. Your card and spending records stay on your device.

Data Collection

CardCalc does not require an account and does not send your card names, spending records, credit limits, notes, or notification schedule to the developer.

These records are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app also deletes them unless they remain in a device backup managed by your operating system.

Advertising and Consent

The free version uses Google AdMob to show a banner on the card list. Full Access and qualifying previous paid purchases do not show ads. Google Mobile Ads may process an IP address (which can estimate a general location), device or app identifiers, advertising data, app interactions, performance data, and crash or diagnostic information for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and service operation. CardCalc does not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission and does not intentionally access the IDFA.

Where required, CardCalc uses Google's User Messaging Platform to ask for consent or provide an opt-out choice before requesting ads. You can reopen available privacy choices from Settings in the app.

Financial Data

CardCalc does not connect to bank accounts or access financial institutions, request bank credentials, process payments, or store complete card numbers. Card and spending information is entered manually by you and stored only on your device.

Purchases

Full Access purchases and restorations are processed by Apple through the App Store. The developer does not receive your payment-card details.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version and effective date will be posted here.
