• Add cards with a closing day, payment day, and optional credit limit.
• Record purchases and review current billing-cycle totals.
• Set your payday (once or twice a month) in Summary > Until Payday to see the total your cards will withdraw before it, with a breakdown by card.
• Record income or refunds and see this month's income, spending, and balance.
• Mark each record as reconciled when it matches your statement.
• Undo right after deleting records to bring them back.
• Set a currency per card, with an optional exchange rate you enter for totals.
• Compare monthly trends and category breakdowns.
• See upcoming payments on a calendar. For cards without auto-pay, mark each payment as paid or unpaid; cards set to auto-pay are treated as paid once the payment date arrives.
• If your payday or a card debit falls on a Saturday or Sunday, choose whether to move it to the Friday before or the Monday after for the Until Payday totals. The calendar and payment reminders keep the registered day. Public holidays are not adjusted.
• Register recurring expenses such as subscriptions, and change the amount of only the next charge without changing the regular amount or past records.
• Search records, edit categories, and set monthly category budgets.
• Set optional local payment reminders and per-card or category budget alerts. Mark a payment as paid from its reminder, and see unpaid payments due within a week as the app icon badge.
• Optionally sync across your devices with iCloud Sync (Full Access).
• Save and restore a backup file. Share records as CSV (Full Access).
• Lock the app with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode.
• Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, Apple Watch app, and Siri / Shortcuts to add an expense.

Free and Full Access

The free version supports two cards. Full Access is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited cards, CSV export, and iCloud Sync, and removes ads. Saving and restoring a backup file is free. Use Settings > Restore Purchases after reinstalling or moving to another device. Customers who purchased CardCalc before version 1.1.0 receive Full Access automatically. While CardCalc is still checking your purchase status, or cannot check it (for example, offline), it applies no free limits and shows no ads, so earlier buyers keep their access.

Troubleshooting

• Force-quit and relaunch the app if it becomes unresponsive.
• Ensure your device is running the latest iOS/iPadOS version.
• Enable notifications for CardCalc in iOS Settings if payment reminders do not appear.
• Open Settings in CardCalc to review available advertising privacy choices.
• If Face ID or passcode lock is unavailable, make sure Face ID or a passcode is set up in iOS Settings.
• Before deleting and reinstalling the app, save a backup file from Settings; data stored only in the app on this device will be lost.
