Features

• Manage medication schedules for multiple patients (up to 2 free, unlimited with CarePill Pro).
• Mark doses as taken or skipped (and undo), with per-patient dose history.

Troubleshooting

• Not receiving dose reminders? Open Settings > Notifications > CarePill and make sure notifications are allowed, and check that Focus/Do Not Disturb is not blocking alerts.
• Widget not updating? Open the CarePill app once so it can refresh the shared data the widget reads.
• Force-quit and relaunch the app if it becomes unresponsive.
• Ensure your device is running the latest iOS version.
• Do not delete the app unless support asks you to; CarePill keeps its data on your device, so deleting it removes the patient data, medications, and history stored in the app (earlier device backups, exported backup files, and shared reports are not affected). Use Export Backup in the Settings tab first if you want to keep a copy.

Managing Purchases

CarePill Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. If you were previously subscribed to the legacy monthly or annual plan, you can view or cancel it from Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. Purchase issues and refunds are handled by Apple; see apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
