Troubleshooting
- Hospital alerts need notifications to be allowed in the Settings app.
- iCloud sync needs each device to be signed in to iCloud with the same Apple ID. A different Apple ID does not receive your records.
- Use Restore Purchases in the Full Access screen if you reinstall or change devices.
