Privacy Policy

📦 Data Storage

ParkingMemo stores parking location coordinates, photos, and notes in the app's local container and does not send them to Small App Works.

• No app-managed cloud sync; data may be included in an Apple device backup according to your device settings
• No backup to ParkingMemo servers — we operate no servers
• Deleting the app removes its local data from that device; Apple manages any device backups separately
• App preferences are stored locally using UserDefaults

📍 Location Data

ParkingMemo requests access to your device's location to record where you parked and to calculate the distance from your current location to the saved parking spot.

• GPS coordinates are captured when you tap the parked-here button to begin a record and when the current parking record calculates distance
• Location data is stored in the app's local container and may be included in an Apple device backup
• Location data is not sent to Small App Works, advertising, analytics, or tracking services
• The app does not track your location in the background
• Location permission is required to create a parking record in the current version

📷 Photos and Camera

ParkingMemo lets you take a new photo or select an existing photo with Apple's system photo picker to identify your parking spot later.

• A photo is used only when you actively take or select it
• Photos are stored in the app's local container and may be included in an Apple device backup
• The app does not upload photos to Small App Works, advertising, analytics, or tracking services
• Camera access is optional — the app works without it

🚫 Data We Do NOT Collect

ParkingMemo does not collect, store, transmit, or share any of the following:

• Personal identifiers (name, email address, phone number)
• Device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV, or any advertising ID)
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Crash reports sent to third-party services
• Background location tracking
• Parking records sent to Small App Works, advertising, analytics, or tracking services

📡 No Analytics or Tracking

ParkingMemo contains no analytics SDKs, no tracking libraries, and no third-party frameworks of any kind. The app makes no network requests for telemetry or data collection purposes.

• No Firebase, no Amplitude, no Mixpanel, no Crashlytics
• No advertising networks or attribution tools
• No A/B testing or remote configuration services

💳 Purchases and Payments

ParkingMemo is available as a one-time purchase via the App Store. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple.

• ParkingMemo never sees, receives, or stores your payment information
• No credit card numbers, Apple ID credentials, or financial data passes through ParkingMemo

👶 Children's Privacy

ParkingMemo does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because no data is collected, the app is safe for users of all ages with respect to data privacy.

🔄 Changes to This Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. We will notify users of material changes through an App Store update description.

Continued use of ParkingMemo after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

ParkingMemoはお客様の記録（駐車位置・写真・メモ）を端末内に保存し、Small App Worksのサーバー、広告、分析、追跡サービスへ送信しません。位置情報は駐車位置の記録と現在地からの距離表示に使用し、バックグラウンドでの追跡は行いません。地図表示と経路案内にはAppleのMapKit／Mapsサービスを使用します。

アカウント登録は不要で、個人情報の収集・利用・第三者提供は行いません。
