Features
- Write a letter, choose an opening date, and seal it until then.
- Local notification when a capsule is ready to open (at 9:00 AM on the opening date in the free version).
- Home Screen widget with a countdown.
- Optional app lock with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode.
- Passphrase-protected backup export and import.
- Free version with ads and a limit of 5 sealed capsules.
- Optional one-time Full Access purchase: no ads, unlimited sealed capsules, photo, video, and audio attachments, a choice of notification time, and a choice of opening animations.
Troubleshooting
- No notification? Check iOS Settings > Notifications > TimeCapsule SAW.
- Moving to a new device? Export an encrypted backup in Settings and import it on the new device. Keep your passphrase safe: it cannot be recovered.
- Purchased Full Access on another device? Use Restore Purchases in Settings.
- Deleting the app also removes your capsules from the device, so export a backup first.
